     2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a maximum of 30 days after which the order shall be eligible for cancellation and refund clause. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or any other appropriate communication.
   • Damages
     1. https://wearindia.in/ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
   • International Shipping Policy

2. CANCELLATION

WEARINDIA reserves the right to cancel orders with or without explanation; or under any situation where WEARINDIA is not able to meet the requirements of the order or purchase placed, or if it does not comply with WEARINDIA policy, or if the order has an invalid or incorrect shipping address, or for any other reason that is valid. WEARINDIA ensures that any type of communication of order cancellation is taken care of and is being intimated within an appropriate time period to the concerned person and any refund, if applicable will be made in reasonable time duration.
